ORGANIZATION'S MISSION STATEMENT
Working together we will enhance the quality of life for those that are no longer able to live independently, by providing LOVE, CARE, AND DIGNITY in a home like environment.
VOLUNTEER ROLE & OPPORTUNITIES
Accompany residents to outside appointments
Assist our recreation staff on resident units
Assist on nursing units
Clerical assistant
Country nook (tea room, gift shop)
Craft room (assisting residents with craft projects i.e. ceramics, woodworking, knitting, etc.)
Day and Stay Center (assisting in the centre with clients from the community)
Friendly visits
Letter writing
Mealtime enhancer-feeder
Assist with our physiotherapy department
In addition we would like to utilize any special inerests or skills you may wish to share.
